This high energy experience will introduce you to the basics of tap paired with the show-stopping moves of a Jazz Funk class. A must for any student who loves to ride, this class teaches you to avoid accidents and to have fun safely while riding! You’ll set up obstacle courses and create theatrical scenarios to help you recognize how to be safe and how to be a predictable rider when riding with others. *Students must be able to ride without training wheels.
Bicycle Maintenance

Grab some tools and become a real bicycle mechanic! Each week, one student will bring his/her bicycle to class and you’ll then work together to give the bicycle a complete overhaul! The tune-up will include seat and handlebar adjustments, chain lubing, brake adjustments, flat repair and handlebar wrap changing. Find out how to do it yourself, and you just might never need to take your bike into the shop again!

Discover new ways of thinking about math through the study of the ancient Japanese art of Origami, still believed by many to offer a window into what tomorrow will bring. You’ll review basic shapes and learn new geometric concepts, and once you’ve mastered the basic folds, you’ll be able to craft elegantly simple pieces of paper art. For the final class session, your parents can join you as you crease and crinkle your way to finding out their fortunes!
