WHAT WE DO
STAR GATE is a division of STAR Education, which has been
providing hands-on interactive programming for students since 1986.
The GATE Department has serviced over 42 districts in Southern
California, offering classes in Art and Humanities, Critical Thinking, and
Science to identified gifted students, students, and those students who
wish to rise to the challenge of a college-level, fast-paced, challenging
curriculum.

OUR CLASSES
We believe every child is “gifted” and we strive to create a learning
experience that stimulates and inspires learning. Our classes are a
continually evolving selection of disciplines that have been developed
in collaboration with principals, teachers, district coordinators, parents
and students. We incorporate California State Standards in each of
our classes, providing materials, handouts, and lesson plans that can
extend the learning into the regular classroom.
